Fiddler’s Elbow Grease Hemp Balm, set up by Sian Phillips in 2017, in Bloxham Oxfordshire, UK. Since then the business has grown considerably. With three varieties of Hemp Balms, Bath Salts, Oils & Soaps, and Hemp tea, Fiddler’s Elbow Grease is an online shop – open all hours!

Sian retired as a performing violinist due to Fibromyalgia in 2017. She still teaches young and old and several of her musician friends are using her balm. She is also an advocate for CBD extracted from hemp and proving to be efficacious in relieving some of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and supporting homeostasis. Her love for making good things and things good, found her helping friends and family with her balms. She then pulled on the experience and expertise of friends, businesses and associations to find the best way forward.
